About the Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer / Instructor with a strong commitment to customer success. To fit the bill, you are

What You’ll Do Here
This is a full-time role which requires you to :
Effectively tailor and deliver all the technical training courses related to Gainsight products, tools and processes.
Gather requirements, assist curriculum development and work on identifying and improving processes in both course development and delivery
Work with freshers and tenured employees to train and onboard them on Gainsight products
Ability to host fun and accessible training workshops
Create slide decks, demo videos and other supporting training material
Observe and evaluate results of training programs
Collaborate closely with our Instructional Designers
Provide trainees with hands-on help during the learning process
Interact with stakeholders, PMs in understanding the training requirement and customizing the training program to meet the need
Consistently exceed expectations with positive feedback and top ratings from your trainees
What we are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ Years of technical training experience with a proven track record of success
3+ Years’ experience in Training Need Identification, course development and training project experience
Experience installing and managing technical infrastructure
Excellent overall product learning and curriculum design skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
CRM Fundamentals, (preferred SFDC)
Good to have knowledge on Salesforce, SaaS, AWS, Customer Success domain
Any ETL / BI tools training knowledge would be added advantage
Maintain a high level of engagement with learners
Stay up to date on new innovations in training and technology.
Strong English communication and documentation skills
Comfortable in supporting and taking requirements from a remote workforce (US-based)
Must be able to spend substantial time interfacing with the team in the US, whenever required
Contribute to regular status meetings with project team, and stakeholders
Maintain a highly organized and accurate task list, visible to project management and other project resources engaged
Help in creating use cases and customer scenarios which may be used by trainees to understand and use product features
Provide updates, status, and next steps through email on a regular cadence through Slack and Email
Track time, progress, goals, and deadlines of the training programs
