  • Operational Management : Managing the floor, adherence to schedule, Problem resolution
  • Motivation, leadership for a team and developing future leaders
  • Should be well versed in excel and other MIS tools
  • Strong Analytical, logical and Communication skills
  • Candidates with Language Skill Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam will be preferred
  • Work Experience in Retention / Insurance domain will be preferable.
