The ITPM is currently is responsible to
Perform end-to-end project management for multiple projects from definition phase to implementation.
Build and nurture relationship with various Business / IT Stakeholders across the globe
Ensure project to deliver the project to satisfy Business / end customer need.
Escalate technical and managerial issues to relevant parties in a timely manner and work towards resolution.
Identify project risks and plan to migrate those. Communicate with Management at appropriate time
Interaction with China system, vendor for resource plans and project delivery
Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)
Ensure successful e2e delivery of projects / tasks within HSBC SCS AI work stream through adequate planning, tracking and control.
Plan for SCS AI quarterly releases and ensure smooth release implementation for SCS projects running across the globe Coordinate with various project stakeholders including Business, IT PM consultant as needed.
Manage / lead respective project teams by playing role of a guide / mentor. Ensure work prioritization, clear understanding of project scope, design / code / testing scope reviews to achieve defined quality objectives.

Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.

Observation of Internal Controls (Compliance Policy / FIM requirements)
Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
