  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of IT work experience in Production or Application support
  • Ready to work in a 24x7 rotational model
  • Exposure to Windows batch, Unix scripting is desired
  • Ability to work independently while receiving minimal guidance
  • Ability to problem solve complex issues
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic application issues
  • Experience with handling Incident, Problem, and change control records (ITIL)
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues in the environment
  • Must be able to work and excel in a team environment
  • Knowledge of any Database Administration
  • Experience using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Knowledge of SQL language to be able to gather data in SQL / Sybase databases
  • Hands on experience with any scripting languages
  • ITIL / Any other Administration Certification
