Qualification : H.S.C + 6 months of any experience or more
Graduate with any experience
S.S.C with 3 years diploma is accepted which would be considered as an H.S.C however the candidate should have minimum 6 months of any experience
Job Description :
1. Voice process (Inbound & Outbound Process)
2. Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
3. Reply to customers and address their concerns
4. Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
5. Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
6. Good career growth.
Salary- 16k To 28k Take Home

Shift Timings : Females day shift males rotational shift 24 / 7.
9 hours shift
