The role of Prime Now is to provide ultrafast (2 hour and same day scheduled) and reliable delivery for selection that customers need, or want, fast.

Customers find their daily grocery essentials, fresh produce, home and Kitchen needs, appliances and more on Prime NOW. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, involves managing strategic partnerships, operations intensive, and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created.

In this context, Prime NOW IN team is looking for a talented, driven and experience business development and account manager to lead partner relationships nationally with a set of 3P sellers.

It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the fastest growing businesses in the company .

S / He will be a passionate customer and seller advocate within Amazon, with proven ability to manage and grow key account relationships.

S / He drives alignments with 3P sellers with frequently evolving needs of Prime NOW program, demonstrates high bias for owning new initiatives and operates with significant autonomy and discretion while influencing partners.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Act as the business owner for assigned accounts with complete understanding of levers to drive inputs with account to deliver outstanding experience to Prime NOW customers.

    Has high bias for understanding seller business in detail on financial, customer inputs and operational aspects to work out solutions to drive program objectives.

    Drives key metrics, alignments with partners Build scalable selection , In- stock, Must Have coverage, , GMS, AOVs, UPOs, profitability levers, promotion planning, tools adoption, asset investment, technical integration efforts.

    Drives expansion of Prime Now partner(s) into new cities / channels / categories with assigned account through partner alignments, working with regional counter parts in city operations leaders, last mile operations, category management, finance partner, marketing, on boarding, product and centrally based internal stakeholders.

    Identifies new business development opportunities . Evaluates and develops business proposal for decision making.

    Deal with account management reporting, communication and interaction with partners on a going basis., 4-5 years experience in category management, vendor management, and key account management from top FMCG / offline retail / ecommerce organizations.

    Strong academic track record, post graduate in management from Tier1 institutes.

    Proven relationship building, negotiation and influencing abilities to impact decision making at C-level executives.

    Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

    Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools. Proficiency in Excel / MS tools.

    6-8 years experience in category management, vendor management, and key account management from top FMCG / offline retail / ecommerce organizations.

    Strong academic track record, post graduate in management from Tier1 institutes.

    Proven relationship building, negotiation and influencing abilities to impact decision making at C-level executives.

    Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

    Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools. Proficiency in Excel / MS tools.
