Job Purpose (Job Summary) :
Client Reporting is an essential part of our business, leadingeffective clients investment decision making based on their financialobjectives.
This job requires maintaining highest standards of Client & ProductReporting for Invesco s institutional / retail clients and business partners bybeing responsible for the administration of Invesco s products and definedportfolios.
Key Responsibilities / Duties : Process :
Managework allocation within the team based on the relevant team member s competencein distributing accurate Client or product Reports within defined deadlines.
Ensure team strictly follows the guidelines detailed in Process Documents orSOP s for strong process execution
Serveas a resource and content expert on reporting activities; providing them withguidance and being available to answer questions to clarify the ClientReporting activities
Reportmonthly KPI s by business day one for the last month to the managementresponsible
Ensureall the queries are attended and manager is kept informed of issues that deemedto be updated
Newteam member on-boarding with effective training plan and ensuring enoughcollaboration between all the team members
Effectivedocumentation : Quarterly review / update process documents, Root Cause Analysisfor observations with suitable control measures.
Also, ensure BIA, BCP and FMEAdocuments are up to date
Coordinateindividual team member s work schedules and leave requests to ensure Propercoverage within a team for BAU execution
Be achange champion achieving process efficiency goals by demonstrating a highdegree of adaptability and assists team in adapting to change by beingpositive, outlining the benefits, minimizing complexity, and communicatingcontinuously about the new direction.
Goal Setting : Sets clear, measurable and challenging goals that are aligned with departmental strategic goals
Performance Leadership : Execute quarterly & annual performance review discussion with team members through factual documentation and assign appropriate ratings.
Promptly addresses gaps in performance and team conflicts
Support Manager in Talent Review and provide facts through effective documentation for team member promotions. Effective use the R & R policy.
Delivers Feedback and Coaching : Proactively provide regular, meaningful feedback both positive & constructive and coach to build self sufficiency
Conduct team member development discussions, identify focus areas for team member development, and provides opportunities for development including challenging projects.
Recognizes team member strengths and provides guidance for developing and applying them. Encourages employees to take responsibility for their professional development
Identifies or helps identify successors and build bench strength for key roles so the team is self-sustaining. Seeks to understand what engages and motivates each employee, in order to retain talent.
Evaluate and assist manager for new / replacement resource approval and involve in hiring process, prioritizing key skills for the role.
Conduct regular team meetings, One on ones and knowledge sharing sessions for track the progress of the team and relevant feedback
Establishesa collective sense of purpose and belonging within the team and acrossOrganization. Manages cultural differences and promotes cross-
culturalunderstanding. Utilizes individuals talents to enhance the capability of theteam.

Assistor Lead Invesco / departmental initiatives with an intent to achieve desiredresults
Formal Education :
MBA orany professional qualification with finance as the major
Work Experience / Knowledge :
Proventrack record of leading a team, with experience in financial services domain,preferably in Asset Management industry
6+years of experience in financialservices domain, preferably in Asset Management / Investment Banking industry,with 1-
2 years of experience in leading a team.
Understandingof Performance Calculations, with exposure to Investment Accounting
Performedgoal setting and performance reviews
