NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Dlv consultant HCM to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Travel Management :
Entire SAP-HCM-Travel Management (Travel Request, Travel Planning, Travel Expenses, Expense re-imbursements, Travel roles, Employee paid re-
imbursements, integration of travel with FI etc.)
Hands on configuration of entire SAP HCM travel management module as well as integration of travel management with other modules
Creation of Functional designs, hands on configuration in HCM Module on Travel management, Deep knowledge in SAP HCM Functional, Functional testing, Integration Testing etc.
Organization Management :
Created Organization Structure, Objects - Organization Units, Jobs, Positions, Person and Tasks(S, P, O, C, K, A, T) according to the Client's requirements.
Maintained OM Info types.
Assigning Relationships between different objects like Organization Units to Organization Units, Job to Position, Position to person.
Used the different user interfaces like Expert Mode and Simple Maintenance for creating the org structure.
Defined and maintained the Planned Working times for the Position & Organizational Unit.
Personnel Administration :
Created and configured the Enterprise Structure (personnel areas & personnel subareas), Personnel Structure (Employee Groups & Employee subgroups).
Configured Info types in the HR Master Data screens (PA30) as per Customer’s requirements.
Worked on NUMKR feature and assignment of number range for employees.
Configured & maintained master data of the Company using the transactions PA 30 & PA 40.
Created Personnel Actions and reason for actions as per the enterprise requirement.
Customization of Info types, Info types Menu & Screen Header Modifications.
Created personnel action and reasons for action as per client requirement.
Creation of Personal Admin
Created defaults for Master data configuration using features PINCH, NUMKR
Time Management :
Configured the IMG settings : work Schedules, Absences and Quotas required
for time management.
Created Holiday Calendar, defined public holiday classes according to the
Grouped public holiday calendar.
Grouped personnel subareas for work schedule & daily work schedule.
Configured Work Schedule Rules, Daily Work Schedules & Break Schedule,
Period Work Schedule (PWS).
Set work schedule rule & generate work schedule manually.
Defined Selection rule for day types and work schedule rules for each PS &
ES Groupings using feature SCHKZ.
Defined Absences, Leaves, Quotas, Leave Entitlement.
Defined Counting rules, Deduction rule for absence counting.
Defined Selection Rules for Quota entitlements.
Defined Absence quotas based on Employee Group & Employee Subgroup.
Modifying QUOMO Feature.
