We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Lead to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be to help our company succeed by training and developing its personnel.

We expect you to be passionate about helping people learn and grow and to possess excellent communication skills. Experience in the basics of designing e-learning courses will be an added advantage.

  • This position is responsible for the coordination and the implementation of L&D operations
  • The position will support program communications, vendor management, learning management system administration, online collaboration site set-up and other logistical needs.
  • This person must be skilled at building partnerships and credibility with internal clients and be able to collaborate with and coordinate appropriate resources such as instructional designers, instructors, trainers, and coordinators to ensure effective execution of all L&D CoE Global & regional initiatives in the region.
  • The incumbent must have high-level organizational skills, be able to manage detail across multiple priorities. This person will be required to partner effectively across all levels of our organization.
  • Coordination & Communication

  • Support the L&D team with the administration in compiling and maintaining the TNA and talent tools.
  • Plan, organize, communicate, and coordinate learning and development activities across the business, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives
  • Help with selection, quality, and production of content internal & external
  • Work with the L&D team to collate and analyze workshop evaluation information following delivery of training.
  • Organize the production, maintenance, and distribution of all the Learning and Development tools
  • Establish positive working relationships within the business, to influence, challenge, and support the ongoing L&D Strategy
  • Be the point of contact and manage vendor communication and management including research, vendor selection, raising of the purchase order, and vendor communication
  • Program Management

  • Manage program communication, enrollments, cancellations, venue, materials, pre-work distribution, and post-delivery follow-up with participants and their managers.
  • Support webinars in a producer role. Schedule facilitators, coaches, mentors, and other resources as needed for program delivery.
  • Directly support the Instruction Designers delivering the training. Respond to customer inquiries. Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Evaluation, Reporting, and other Projects as Assigned

  • Collect and maintain information to evaluate program effectiveness, measure business impact, and gauge client satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain participant data records. Prepare reports as directed. Contribute to other projects or duties as assigned.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for any customized training needs
  • Support the L&D Leader in the collation and delivery of the Communication strategy across the Business to include coordination of the Newsletter, Business Updates, reports, etc.
  • and take responsibility for the ongoing evaluation of these initiatives.

    Required Qualifications

  • Core L&D professional with 3 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx, Lync, and SharePoint

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in HR
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
  • Knowledge of content development and familiarity with tools like storyline, Camtasia, and beyond.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
