  • As a C&B SME, reimagine the way compensation processes work in the organization
  • Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand compensation needs
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of requirement documents, details
  • Work with HR Shared Services on data mapping and migration activity
  • Support interconnected workstreams in the ERP implementation e.g. payroll, analytics
  • Support other ongoing C&B projects
