Lead Program manager - Customer Success Services
What we're looking for :
You will have to lead and direct multiple projects of medium complexity to ensure that objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time, cost, and quality parameters.
You will be responsible for Field Success Services new hire onboarding, continuous learning, coaching, manager enablement, & end-to-end program management, including administration, content curation, maintaining all materials & collateral, aligning with FSS leadership, and outcomes tracking & reporting.
Position Summary -
Leads cross-functional teams and hiring managers through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion.
In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, tracking issues, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.
The Enablement Program Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and Senior Management to communicate status of specific projects.
This person may also handle operational activities such as preparing reports, scheduling, and overall program management activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience with Customer Success Services organizations needs background and extensive knowledge in service delivery for Priority’ level at global scale in IT industry
Very strong soft skills and business skills - executive communications, critical situation management, understanding of CRM systems and workflows
Experience developing and delivering training in virtual environment preferred instructional design experience, coaching, facilitation, demonstrates an understanding of learning & performance management
Leadership presence ability to lead virtual teams, develop and deliver enablement programs, provide progress and status reports to executive leadership, guide junior team members
Demonstrates Citrix values & competencies
Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Accountability : Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Instructional Design
5 - 7 years of experience delivering corporate training and onboarding new employees to technical organizations.
Project management : leading complex projects across geographically distributed teams. Tracking & driving to timely, high quality completion.
Change management : communicating at the C-level, analyze & describe performance & execution gaps, identify mitigating strategies and solutions, gain buy in, successfully implement solutions at each level of management within the organization.
Onboarding new employees : demonstrated success onboarding employees to a high-tech organization with job complexity.
Professional trainer & facilitator : Proven track record of effectively delivering training using various mediums & methodologies.
Ability to coach and develop new trainers.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally and executive briefings and influence decisions.
Content development : collaborates with others to create high quality training deliverables, using sound instructional design practices & assessment strategies.
Comfortable with using business data & KPIs to track and report outcomes of projects & programs.
Ability to understand complex business problems and deliver solutions focused on technological improvements and increasing process efficiency.
Proven ability to develop and maintain global virtual relationships.
May lead cross-functional or virtual teams with multiple projects and tasks
