Role Description :
Designation : Sr. Executive
Location : Bangalore
Unit : Consumer Insights & Innovation Operations
The IPG team will be closely partnering with the Client Service teams right from the beginning of the project for
Project Design & Sampling methodologies. They will also be the custodians for costing & profitability
Main Accountabilities :
Transform GI CI / BASES DA business operations to enable growth opportunities (by driving quality / process
discipline / cost leadership)
Drive the execution of IPG work, ensuring CI DA teams delivers on quality, timeliness and cost
Building insights for development and training of the DA execution team in the key markets
Enabling the IPS Lead for cost controlling and headcount planning in line with business forecast
Ensuring and driving data feedbacks to field team at regular intervals
Reporting and Analysis for interim data reviews to ensure timely feedback and course
Designing tools (reportal design) with consultation of CS in order to provide visibility of data to
the field team
Primary Qualities Required :
At least 2+ years of experience in research / project management / fieldwork
Ability to build strong client service relationships
A team player who is simultaneously independent and energetic
Demonstrate analytical, deductive and negotiating skills
Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times)
Able to coordinate a number of projects at a time / multitask
Efficient with MS Excel
Fluency (verbal and written) in English and Local Language essential
