Summary : SFDC Configurator for enhancement requests for the IQVIA OCE (CRM) Technical Offerings team to support their Salesforce systems on SFDC Sales cloud for managed services team

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the existing admin and managed services, product, implementation teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce configuration management
  • Complete internal product certifications
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC sales cloud platform based on industry best practices and business needs for any enhancement requests (Change Requests)
  • Quickly understand the healthcare domain, CRM product’s various modules on SFDC sales cloud from the business standpoint
  • Design solutions using existing architecture for any enhancement requests by doing the proper impact analysis
  • Work on APEX coding as per Client needs
  • Participate and contribute in team discussions and share learnings among other CRM Configurators & Admins
  • Manage configuration changes due to incidents / issues / defects after impact analysis
  • Support configuration tasks such as field / page updates, workflows, process builder, automated approvals
  • Participate in complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
  • Quick learning on the key skills required
  • Should have supported clients on live production environment on SFDC sales cloud
  • Good team player who can work independently with onsite stakeholders, Confident and good communicator
  • Should technically sound enough to handle end-to-end support activities
  • Quick ramp up on the existing product / process and provide solution / support at a faster speed
  • To participate in project handover activities, understand the BRD documents, to be able to perform the enhancement activities post hyper care period
  • Take responsibility to write unit test case and execute them by following configuration life cycle processes
  • Keeping all stakeholders appraised about all the important technical issues, incidents, problems, progress and status.
  • To participate in a regular internal status follow-up of the project with leads and other managers and provide honest and clear updates
  • To participate in audits and ensuring that no NCs found
  • Willing to work in shifts mostly during UK / Europe shift hours, 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST to support global clients
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Salesforce platform developer Certified
  • Willing to work in product-based organization in production support service operations / managed services teams
  • Strong knowledge on the configuration life cycle
  • Demonstrated technical and dev team management experience
  • 2 to 4 years of SFDC solution delivery experience, including Salesforce configuration experience
  • Experience with design, dev and implementation of Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile Apps
  • Functional knowledge of data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • To be able to discuss with the business analyst on the requirement, perform impact analysis and provide configuration solution to a requirement without breaking the existing functionality
  • To be able to assist the application support teams to manage the incidents on a needy basis
  • Flexible timings, willing to work in shifts
  • BE in Computer Science / Information Technology, MCA, BTech
  • Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Good understanding of user admin activities, workflow, validation rules, territory management, triggers etc including the objects that are involved
  • Knowledge of and experience on managed packages
  • Experience working with the Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization
  • Visualforce, Apps, APIs, and Web Services
  • Service Cloud experience
  • Experience with Agile solution delivery
  • UX / UI Design
  • Knowledge on Apex coding and SOQL
  • Preparing and understanding the healthcare data sets
  • Hands-on to do the technical troubleshooting of the application issues as SME to be able to contribute to the complex incidents when required
  • Flexible to learn and move around technologies, adaptable to the dynamic nature of the project
  • Earlier experience on any programming skill is also handy
