The Lead Platform Sales is a key member of the growing sales and business development team at OnlineSales.ai and will play an extremely critical role in helping OnlineSales.
ai achieve 10X growth in the next 12 months by boosting revenue growth, onboarding new clients and improving customer lifetime value.
Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering from a premier institute, MBA / Post graduation in marketing (desirable, though not mandatory)
Desired Skills & Experience :
3-5 years of exemplary quota carrying sales / business development / account management experience preferably in a SaaS organization touching mid market clients in the India region.
Understanding of the SaaS industry / business models with understanding of customer segments and buyer personas. Understanding of the e-
commerce ecosystem( buyer side and seller side) and its multiple stakeholders will be a big plus.
Familiarity and comfort with CRM, reporting and prior experience of working in an inside sales role is required.
Must have a hunger to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong client facing and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Must be data driven and analytical with ability to filter marketing qualified leads to prospects.
A team player with ability to work with cross functional teams- marketing, product and customer success, a multi tasker who enjoys working in a hyper growth environment.
Should have passion for consultative sales with ability to do due diligence, industry and competitive benchmarking helping position OnlineSales as the platform of choice for clients to maximise wallet share.
Ownership for the entire sales cycle from forecasting( weekly, monthly and quarterly) using CRM tools,maintaining a healthy funnel of opportunities, new business / logo growth, solutioning and supporting the customer success team farm for upsell opportunities.
Very strong skill sets on relationship building. Should be comfortable picking up the phone and / or having a face to face value based conversation at the CxO level.
Should be equally comfortable using sales tools like LinkedIn / email to cold call.
You should be open to travel to support sales objectives and deal closures as required.
