Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead all hiring initiatives across our recruitment organization.

This position is remotely based. We seek an energetic and accomplished recruiting professional with experience creating, implementing, building, and maintaining recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

This is an opportunity to join a fast paced Jersey City, NJ, USA based recruitment organization. This person will leverage a number of diverse recruitment channels to source and recruit the best talent on the market.

Must possess the ability to :

  • Source passive candidates
  • Source active candidates
  • Perform full cycle recruiting
  • Leverage resume databases and job boards
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
  • Develop talent and succession planning strategies to identify top internal and external talent
  • Acts as a strategic partner with key leaders and hiring managers by providing expertise in leveraging external networks and social media as part of the sourcing strategy
  • Assure integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and policies, to meet organizational, regulatory, or legal requirements
  • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years experience recruiting for USA clientele
  • Excellent phone skills (English)
  • Experience working remotely
  • 10+ years of field Talent Acquisition or HR experience in organizations known for “best practices” in recruitment
  • Expertise to execute full cycle recruiting : active & passive
  • Expertise leveraging databases and job boards
  • Experience with Social Media Recruiting (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook and Twitter) is required
  • Competitive drive, ‘get things done’ work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed
  • Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder while consistently delivering results
  • Excellent understanding of current recruiting trends and operating environment
  • Champion, educate and influence leaders to adapt quickly to talent acquisition specific shifts in direction; considering impacts to business and partners
