  • Processing Orders and Assisting with Order Management.
  • Handling Complaints and Escalated Complaints
  • Handling Refunds Such as All Card Payments and PayPal
  • Contacting existing clients to provide the Services
  • Generating Leads for B2B clients All over Australia Region wise and work on conversions.
  • Provide Back end services to Clients for Customer Service
  • Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports
  • Qualification : Any Graduate or 12th and above

    Shift : Day Shift only (Australian shift)

    Work Days : 6 Days a week

    Week Off : Rotational

    Work Location : Old Airport Road, HAL (Near Manipal Hospital)
