Prior work experience delivering Master Plan projects, with detailed reports and ground surveys. - Review and formulate various reports including mobility plans, feasibility reports, DPRs -

Knowledge of and ability to interpret Building Codes, Zoning Laws and Planning Guidelines and be in a position to make decisions and drive the design process-

Knowledge of national and international sustainability frameworks / indices / rating systems and environmental clearance processes-

Should be able to work on City and Urban design Guidelines and development criteria for planning areas- Ability to independently work on projects and should be able to work in teams-

Collaborating / supervising work carried out by other Consultants, domain experts and relevant subject specialist.- Capacity building and handholding of the Client / officials and other consultants on concepts related to sustainable urban and infrastructure development, City Sustainability, GRIHA, etc.

  • Must have the ability to develop concepts and ability to present the same to Clients, officials and at public forums.- Should be able to work with a multi-
