  • The Job

    As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the first point of contact for the client after the sales cycle is through. You will be looking into providing ongoing product support and will be regularly sharing best practices, insights and product knowledge with the client in order to deliver best-in-class customer experience throughout.

    You will need to collaborate with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully and also provide feedback in terms of possible opportunities that you might uncover during your interactions with different clients.

    The Profile

  • You possess a Masters in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline and have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Exposure to FinTech industry would be advantageous.
  • A solid track record of exceeding client acquisition or renewal targets in previous roles would be a plus.
  • You are a quick learner and you can quickly build strong product expertise.
  • You are comfortable interacting with clients and can build solid and long-lasting client relationships.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
