JOB PURPOSE :
1. Tie-ups with all Key Multicity players / Key IFAs for their branch / Jurisdiction
2. Achievement of set Targets in terms of Sales number and Branch Profitability
3. Review of Sales Target / Profitability on the basis of Market share amount, Gross & Net Mobilization, Folios in all the asset class
4. Ensuring that the hygiene factor of the branches / Team members in terms of adherence to the time lines / Limit of expense details / weekly MIS etc.
5. Ensuring the proper display of NAV / Circulars / Visibility tools in the branches
6. Ensuring compliance with the regulations Financial Dimensions NISM VA- Distributor Module Certified
1. Ensure Branch profitability in specified time frame
2. Ensure RM wise profitability in specified time frame
Other Dimensions :
1. Achievement of X % Distributor wise Market share for various categories of IFAs ( A+ / A / B / C )
