Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
Possess 1-2 years’ experience in applications support and / or development.
Deep technical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce.com / Force.com platform
2+ years’ experience in developing and / or supporting Salesforce enabled business solutions advanced administration, configuration and customization including workflows, approval processes, formulas, custom reports, field & record security
1+ years’ experience automating complex business processes using advanced Salesforce configuration and Apex / Visual Force / Lightning / Components coding (batches, triggers, controllers, code test coverage, custom presentation), click-to-code solutions (Process Builder, Visual Workflow)
Understand the capabilities of Salesforce sandboxes and tools and procedures available to move data, code and configurations between environments
Experienced in current and emerging technology and standards such as Oracle SQL&PL / SQL, SQL Server, Unix, Windows, Shell scripting, Remote Desktop, Web Services, HTML, XML, SOAP, REST APIs and SaaS applications
SQL skills, relational database knowledge and skills
Experience with Integration, Data Loader, Jitter bite is a plus
Salesforce Certified Administrator (201) and other Salesforce certifications is a plus
For SALES Cloud application support : Experience in supporting Accounts, Lead Management, Opportunity Management
For SERVICE Cloud application support : Experience in supporting Case Management, Knowledge Base, Live Agent and Communities
Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket management application, and knowledge of ITIL processes.
IT Infrastructure knowledge.
Experience in monitoring tools, analyzing logs, and remediating alerts.
Good analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, very good command of English and excellent communications are mandatory.
