Runlearning engagements with clients at the centre : driving and conducting needsanalysis, creating learning plans / roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit ofexisting programs.
Keepabreast of best practices in other organizations towards enhancing the impactof the L&D function.
Driveownership for the design and deployment of all pan India programs acrossvarious levels
Strengtheninternal processes of communication, needs identification, driving nominations,internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics.
Identifyopportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement suchprojects.
Partnerwith clients / senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitorperformance and effectiveness of team’s charter and deliverables.
Createand facilitate training programs for different audience groups including midand senior level leaders.
Excellentorganization and project management skills - this will require aggressiveplanning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effectivecross-
team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
Shouldbe passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworksthat scale. This role requires content development and facilitation expertise.
Adeptat understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with variousstakeholders.
Strongproject management experience on large scale projects. Lean / kaizen / six sigmaor similar certifications strongly preferred.
