What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage a team of high end product consultants and responsible for ensuring all SLs are met
  • Ensure policy adherence and performance metrics are achieved
  • Ensure high performance in the team by outlier / variation management
  • Communicate feedback, adapting coaching styles depending on situations and audience, providing feedback that is specific and constructive and encouraging all team members in incremental performance improvement
  • Mentor / Coach team members and facilitate career development
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Manager of the group about teams performance on various metrics
  • Manage client escalations and find resolution
  • Perform quality checks for the team by auditing calls and emails and provide feedback to individual members of the team
  • Spending time assisting clients over the phone / emails
  • What You Need For This Position

  • Graduate with team handling experience 2-3 years with over all 7-8 years
  • Manage a team of high end product consultants and responsible for ensuring all SLs are met
