Position Purpose & Summary
Achieve the given sales Targets for a area / territory as per discussion with TM. Provide service to farmers. Interface with dealers / farmers and the organisation on regular basis.
Accountable for sales number for a area as advised by TM.
Execute the Territory business plan(including forcasting, and sales volume achievement).
Focus on farmers and maintain relationships.
Service the farmer & data collection in coordination with TM and TSM / TSE
Identify, add and manage farmers and dealers to achieve teritory sales volume. Appoint dealers in consulation with TM and ASM.
Add farmers to existing dealers.
Collect feedback from dealers / market / competition / farmers and report to TM. Manage appropriate communication between the company and dealers / farmers.
Support small FGMs, group campaigns and mass meetings, Fair with focus on sales promotion
Graduate in any field
Analytical written and oral communication
Preferable : 2 years of sales experience required with industry / technical knowledge.
Post Graduation in Marketing (or) Sales Management
Aquaculture experience preferrable
