Roles and Responsibilities :
Induction and orientation of new employee in the organizational on policies, procedure and hierarchy system of organization to make them familiar with organization.
Asses the training needs of employees along with Managers.
Evaluate the training program effectiveness.
Provide training to employee on HRMS tools
Responsible for, reference check and releasing offer letters, appointment letters etc.
Policy & MIS
Responsible for preparing MIS like Absentee, Attrition, Confirmation & Probation, Training, Employee Database, New joiner report, Promotion etc.
Preparation and review of company policies as per the company standards.
Review of policies and procedures and making recommendations.
Maintaining records of Attendance & leave of employees.
Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on timely basis.
Salary calculations with computation of provident fund, profession tax, TDS, bonus, HRA and other allowances.
Lead the performance management process including creating a plan to manage annual reviews, conduct training on goal setting with managers and employees.
Ensure timely completion of the annual performance evaluation process.
Arrange inbound and outdoor trips / activities which will help in keeping the high motivation level.
Develop and implement reward & recognition policy and keep updating this based on company requirements.
Conduct assessments for employee needs in all offices and field deputations, including birthday celebration of employees.
Accountable for maintaining HR Statutory compliances i.e. PF, Profession Tax, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit
Manage company insurances.
Manage employee separation process which includes exit interview, full & final settlement of balance leaves, salary and other dues.
Preparation of reliving letters / experienced certificate.
Ensure that all exiting staff clearance forms are submitted before final dues are processed.
Ensure seamless and positive transition for departing employee.
Comply to Integrated Management System
Ensure the non-conformities arising out of internal and external audits are resolved.
Support Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) committee in meeting the IMS objectives.
Desirable Skillset :
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
Strong management capabilities.
Competent user of main Microsoft packages and industry leading HRMS tools.
