Purpose of the Position

To Facilitate Project management during execution, commissioning and operational phases of project.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with the Project Management Team, Design team, and quality lead as necessary to provide information, direction and oversight throughout the project.
  • Define a structured team with each team member having well-defined responsibilities, lines of communication, an appropriate level of authority and training.
  • Establish an assessment system that is documented, systematic process, of verifying, tracking and reporting on activities.
  • Establishes measures for the collection, review, maintenance and control of Quality assurance and Quality control documents and corresponding project records that furnish objective evidence.
  • Develop or utilize an established project change control procedure that will define the system for evaluating the impact of change and notifying people of change so that appropriate adjustments to plans, specifications and documents can be made.
  • Proactively identify project opportunities and risks and manage cross-functional project timeline and follow up with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Making and sharing of Project Progress Report. Creates and distributes all control reports, forms, logs, agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents necessary to appropriately communicate and record the activities of the respective project team.
  • Establish a deficiency and corrective action process that includes a procedure to identify, track, and correct work that is found to not confirm to the contract documents and / or contract requirements.
  • Review the project schedule and cost estimate covers project scope.
  • Ensure all alignment of schedule and cost estimate with defined risk mitigation strategist in the risk register.
  • Define Cost, schedule and expenditure baseline to be compared against actual periodically.
  • Analyst / evaluate current information against, identify deviations, define corrective actions and accountabilities, review results in monthly reporting periods.
  • Continue to review project per monitoring cycle and provide updates per projects communication plan.
  • Develops a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consult, Informed) for all surveillance activities.
  • Operational Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate stewardship and provide project leadership to meet EPO strategies and business objectives.
  • Responsible for all levels of Project Execution Control and impact to schedule.
  • Verifies that Project Execution Guideline and Project Execution Plans are followed.
  • Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects from beginning to end, with accountability for project executions.
  • Responsible for establishing ground rules, implementing, and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Ensure project scope is clearly defined, develop and manage project plan to meet deliverables. Responsible for execution of scope change management and project close out processes.
  • Exercises judgement within generally defined processes, procedures and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • People Responsibilities

  • Internally coordination with PPC, Quality Assurance, TechOps, and Purchase team for project requirements, documentations with respect to quality systems, review of new project timelines, and procurement related activities.
  • Externally coordination with I & D and SCM team for launch of new products, modification in existing products and for demand plan.
  • All open issues must be closed by organizing the necessary interactions between relevant teams.
  • Co- ordination between team, contractor and design consult office.
  • The monthly report to identify the key milestone achieved during the month & will also give a detailed analysis of delays & remedies suggested to overcome the delays.
  • Ensure the regulatory compliance in all aspects & shall not allow contractors to work in isolator or with single contract worker on site.
  • Governance plan - Daily site standup meeting, weekly progress report, quarterly steering committee, daily, weekly and monthly reports.

    Desired Academic Qualification

  • B. Pharma / B.tech
  • Additionally, PMI certified will be preferred.
