Job Description

  • Ability to do solution / product license selling (must)
  • Experience in selling in USA geography and willingness to work in USA time zone.
  • Experience in IT Service and Operations Management or related products
  • Understand and follow given solution selling methodology
  • Connecting with the potential customer based on leads generated by inside sales representative and related follow-ups
  • Understanding solution offerings from Vyom practices
  • Understanding customer needs, positioning our offerings, explore sales opportunities
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and defending our solutions to the customer
  • Work closely with pre-sales / solution consulting team for executing demos, POC’s, proposals
  • Upselling and cross-selling of products and services
  • Work closely with inside sales team in driving sales qualified leads
  • Closing sale and achieving sales revenue targets
