This role will take endto end leadership and product ownership for the Servicing Portals, in partnership with Technology, Commercial, Loyalty Benefits, GCSI, GBI, GTEN and other key stakeholders.
The Servicing Portals include POA and Legacy platforms, supporting GSG, Consumer, Commercial and other Line of Businesses.
This Product Owner will be responsible for defining product features and user stories, articulating use cases, and defining the e2e customer experience for the Servicing Portals, and will work closely with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Rules developers, RTE among other colleagues.
