This group aims to help client unlock the enormous potential of the Internet of Things and digital solutions. Our value proposition spans the full product life cycle, ranging from data diagnostic to pilot, strategy, solution implementation, and ongoing operations.
We focus on delivering end-to-end Industrial IoT transformations, covering the entire operations value chain across the following five core functions 1.
Procurement, 2. Manufacturing, 3. Supply chain and inventory control, 4. Design-to-value, 5. Service operations automation.
Within each function, we deliver dedicated operational excellence programs based on proven service line methodologies and analytics.
What You'll Do Focusing on digital strategy and IoT, you will work in a team with senior leaders to better understand the value at stake from digital transformation and shape targeted strategies.
In this role you will be engaged in client fieldwork and training, focusing on delivering standardized analysis on digital transformation.
You will do face-to-face interviews for key stakeholders and will work with teams to understand the improvements needs for organization, process and incentives.
You will perform category deep dive analysis, using advanced tools like cleansheet and digital solutions, to analyze the product cost and the market dynamics.
Then, you will build concrete cost improvement opportunities to bring client impact. You will conduct supplier negotiations by applying comprehensive processes to guide the client team on strategic and statics planning.
Lastly, you will provide digital solutions to introduce, design and implement to help clients with effectiveness and efficiency.
