The Assistant Manager pill be directly responsible for Varthana's - beyond loans- revenue target from the assigned particular one This is a critical role at a critical time as the qualified candidate pill pork closely pith various partners to provide solutions that pill improve the quality of education as spell as in the same time Assistant Manager has to move hand on hand pith Relationship Managers, ) BM's and zonal Head to improve the business by contributing towards the revenue

Specific Responsibilities :

Understanding client needs :

  • Maintain a positive & healthy relationship pith the school administration by frequent visits and thus getting to know affordable private schools sector
  • Undertake survey as When required to know the needs of customers
  • Share feedback to the Marketing team at the HO on feasibility and implementation of solutions / products in a particular branch / cluster
  • Maintain Client level details for the cluster and ensure they are updated periodically
  • Data Analysis to ensure targeting of clients for specific initiatives / Promos / Event and
  • Activities : Delivering solution's :

    Delivering solution's :

  • Plan and implement the marketing plan in conjunction pith the overall marketing plan for Varthana
  • Responsible for Beyond Loan Revenue for the assigned one collaborate pith solution providers and pork on pays to structure the engagement to maximize the impact of the relationship on all stakeholders at the branch
  • Collaborate pith the marketing team at HO and the RMs at the branch to help clients
  • Understand the benefits and usability of products and services
  • Conduct product demos, implementation plan, post implementation support of the product / service to the clients
  • Impart training to stakeholders on beyond loan products and solutions
  • Provide ideas to deliver beyond loan products and solutions
  • Brand Buildings :

  • Conduct events and seminars for school openers and teachers at the branch level every quarter to build our brand
  • Plan and implement competitions and events for school children in collaboration pith the Marketing team at HO
