We are looking for consistent over- achieving Account Executive to drive the sale of our EIM solutions throughout customer organizations.

Your ultimate deliverable is building new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of the business relationships within current and new clients.

Accelerators and no cap means over achievers are well compensated.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop strong pipelines to achieve quarterly individual software licenses and cloud sales revenue objectives
  • Identify Key Enterprise Accounts to focus and deliver on revenue plan
  • Maximize Enterprise Business Software licenses sales opportunity while providing value-added solutions to the customer’s business challenges
  • Build Customer Champions and develop relationships with key decision makers (Business and IT) and / or external influencers (e.
  • g. Consulting Firms, Analysts, SI’s)

  • Develop strong partner relationships with Key SI’s, Consultants to grow and support the business
  • Develops and delivers value propositions, ROIs, and Proposals which addresses customer’s business issues
  • Manage effective working relationships with Presales Team, Consulting Professionals and Partner Manager.
  • Be disciplined in using company’s sales methodology and systems in pursuing key / focus accounts
  • Build Account Plans, Pipeline Management and Forecasting Accuracy
  • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability in an Enterprise Sales and Solution selling environment
  • Experience in closing large enterprise software deals
  • Experience of managing Conglomerates & Enterprise accounts in Manufacturing , Oil & Gas vertical is advantageous
  • Min. experience of 10 years in sales with at least 3 years of related enterprise software selling experience (e.g. Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Experience Management, ERP, CRM, Core Industry Business Applications)
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University
