Explain in plain and simple words the wonders done by our robots so that everybody can make use of our latest technologies.
You will be working side by side with our developers, product managers, QA engineers, and of course the rest of the documentation team! #LI-SP1 This is what you'll do at UiPath Drive the development and maintenance of product documentation in a timely fashion and to the highest quality standards.
Manage internal resources to plan and develop innovative approaches for the improvement of our documentation standards, systems, and content.
Identify the needs for new and revised content via internal and external research. Produce end-user documentation based on information gathered from peers, technical specifications and actual system use.
Obtain a deep understanding of our products to translate complex information into simple, polished and engaging content.
Establish working relationships with key personnel such as developers and QA engineers located in various regions around the globe.
This is what youll bring to our team Must have Prior experience in technical writing and software documentation. Nice to have Experience using markdown / HTML / CSS-based tools to manage and author documentation.
Clear understanding of software development life cycle and previous experience in a software development company. Firm understanding of REST API and prior experience in documenting APIs.
Good social skills that include the ability to effectively communicate in both writing and verbally. Must be detail-oriented, organized, adaptable to changes and have the ability to multi-task.
Must be flexible and ready to deal with ambiguous situations while being cool-headed. Must be able to prioritize your work while shifting gears between projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to retain and protect classified material. Strong research skills.
