Role : Payroll Executive Your role Your duties and responsibilities o Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
o Liaise with HR on collecting data of new joiners, leavers, leave deduction, leaveencashment and other input needed for processing salary including;
o Collecting documents from new joiners for master data, provident fund,superannuation fund, gratuity enrolment.o Review the payroll compliance ( US, UK & Australia )o Collecting data from new joiners on the fixed & flexi component of the salary;
o Arranging to send documents to the payroll agencies after compilation of records;o Prepare the monthly input file with the information of joiners, leavers, over time,unpaid leaves, leave encashment & gratuity payroll if any;
o Coordinate with payroll agencies in payroll processing;o Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave andnon-taxable salaries.
o Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting, analysing & coordinating with payrollagency.o Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests of theemployees.
o Reconciliation of payroll related GL accounts & prepare payroll audit file on monthlybasis;o Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keepinginformation confidential.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
Experience in US Payroll and Compliance : Federal State FICA Taxes, Garnishment ,401k Benefits, W-4, State W / H Forms and W-2 forms ,1099
Experience in UK Payroll and Compliance : P60, P45, P11D, Smart Pension, StarterChecklist, Leave Management HMRC Gateway, SSP, and UK VAT
Experience in Australia Payroll Compliance : Superannuation, ATO Gateway, Taxes, IASPAYG Compliance
Experience with ADP and Netsuite GL ReconcilationEducation and expertise
Graduate in Commerce with minimum 3 + years’ experience exclusively in payrollprocessing.Commercial
