The marketing department of EcoEnergy Insights has played a key role in this journey and is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help take the business to further heights.

This B2B marketing role requires a candidate with a flair for Digital Marketing and who has experience in PaaS or product marketing.

The ideal candidate would be someone familiar with all elements of Search engine, Social media marketing (primarily LinkedIn), tradeshow participation, managing agencies and managing communications.

The candidate is looking to add value through taking our platform and edge intelligence based solutions and services to the market and helping the business grow.

EcoEnergy Insights is a part of Carrier Global Corporation, a leading global provider of healthy, safe and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Qualification

MBA with a focus on Marketing, from a reputed B School / College

Prior work experience in a PaaS organization is a plus

Experience (Years) 3-5 years

    Key responsibilities :

  • Managing the overall online strategy for EcoEnergy Insights.
  • Own end-to-end execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns : managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Create compelling sales and marketing collateral (e.g., e-mails, brochures, case studies, press releases, blog posts, videos, web page content, event content) to acquire and nurture leads.
  • Managing agency relations. Working with agencies and coordinating with them to complete projects(ranging from videos to content to collateral to events).
  • Working with Carrier Marketing and other stakeholders for necessary approvals
  • Marketing communications : Developing select PowerPoint slides / presentations, for internal and external audiences
  • There is opportunity to further expand the scope of the role and grow in areas such as Analyst Relations, PR and Media Management, and Account Based Marketing.

  • Technical Skills

  • Digital marketing experience, with a significant part of that being hands-on experience with campaigns on search, display, social-media and email.
  • A strong grasp of the nuances of each channel. An understanding of html is a plus.

  • Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing such as SEO / Social media / Google search, Display, etc. "Best Practices" knowledge of Search Engine Marketing tactics and guidelines is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data through web analytics and possess knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Ability handle agencies to complete projects : Ability to draft briefs for agencies and ability to work with multiple agencies to ensure goals are met.
  • Ability to write compelling ad and email copy. Prior work with long form content such as brochures, case studies, is a must.
  • Ability to prepare slides to show concepts or key messages in MS PowerPoint is a must.
  • Understanding or experience of using Salesforce Lightning CRM, Salesforce Pardot, is a plus.
  • Experience operating A / B testing on Ad copy & landing pages is preferred
  • Experience in managing exhibiting at tradeshows and carrying out integrated campaigns around the same, is a plus
  • Experience of conducting webinars is a plus.
