We're looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong execution and social skills to join our team. This is a high-

engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extrovert, extremely motivated, people skills, excellent communication skills, making compelling pitches, good convincing ability, dedicated and passionate about their responsibilities.

Open to both under-grad and post-grad profiles, the focus is more on one's aptitude towards sales and business development rather than academic qualifications.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & conversion via multiple channels (digital or offline marketing)- Pitching Services to New Clients.
  • Candidate should be comfortable in B2B Sales Majorly visiting to SMEs & Local Businesses for Internet Marketing Services like Website Designing & Development, and App Marketing Services.
  • Engage in Business Meetings and Presentations with Business leaders, Associates for requirement gathering of the prospective clients.
  • Ability to develop qualified leads that consistently surpass assigned sales quota.
  • Liaison between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required.
  • Listening skills and an inquisitive personality who understands client's IT needs & will help sell the appropriate product or service.
  • The candidate must be willing to travel (depending on base location).- Candidate must possess Goal Oriented approach and should have a go-
  • getter personality.- Making quotations & sent them in a proper manner & Maintain Report for the same.

  • Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets.
  • Own all paid digital media channels, inclusive of social, display, and search
  • Work on new strategies to drive conversion (primary) and awareness (secondary)
  • Conceptualise creative for the digital marketing campaign
  • Candidate will be on probation of 2 months. After 2 months probation period; candidate will be evaluated and finalised based on his / her performance.

    And during the probation period salary would be Rs 12,000 per month.Candidate is required to sign a bond (no money charged) for 1 year.
