  • Adhere to the close calendar timeliness and complete bookings on a timely basis and accurately.
  • Perform initial analytics of Month on Month & Quarter on Quarter variances for financials and provide business reasons for movement.
  • Action on requests received from Local countries, Regional office and Auditors.
  • Completeness of system with all the bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy of TB for all financial lines until Pencil Down Date (PDD) date
  • Respond to Local Finance Manager / Regional Office and Internal / External Auditor queries
  • Experience in monthly and quarterly close activities.
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and clearing down of open items.
  • Ability to understand the business and related core processes. Ability to identify risks within the business area.
  • Provide support to corporate and regional queries on a timely basis.
  • Sound time management skills - ability to multi task, prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office application.
  • Analytical and detail focus
  • In depth understanding of the financial services industry including current issues, trends and developments
  • Team player with positive attitude and self-motivation.
