Under broad direction, provides escalation support, coordination of workflow, and quality improvement direction to Human Resources Service Center staff.
Provides accurate and prompt response to a wide range of Human Resources customer inquiries within an HR Service Center.
Utilizes knowledge base, documented procedures, policy manuals, HR databases, and other resources to resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or e- mail.
Interprets, applies, and communicates conceptual elements of Human Resources policies, rules, and regulations. Ensures organizational goals are met by interpreting and applying HR processes, replicating successful practices, proactively developing internal relationships, and identifying areas for improvement.
Escalates issues that require specific, in-depth knowledge to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence (COE). Follows up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution, keep the customer informed on the status, and close out the case when complete.
Serves as a first-level subject matter expert for most Human Resources administration issues. May instruct, mentor, or monitor the work of HR Service Center staff.
Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a similar business field. Requires at least one years of experience that includes a combination of customer service and functional Human Resources experience.
