Document and develop Job descriptions with support from Functional Managers.
Develop and distribute recruitment brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, etc in the region to attract local candidates to promote NBFC / Micro-Finance Business and agents.
Extensive travel to the Branches across UP, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.
Screening resumes and interview candidates.
Perform reference and background checks.
Coordinate interviews with the heads or managers.
Follow up on the interview process status.
Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process.
Staying up-dated on the companys organization structure, HR Policies, regarding employment practices including attendance software and other HR initiatives.
Conduct joining and exit formalities.
Update job opening on job portals, companys website, and other networks like facebook, linkedin, and distribute recruitment pamphlets etc.
Coordinate with Manpower Search Firms for emergent and senior mandates.
Maintain and Update Recruitment Tracker.
Finalize candidates in coordination with functional heads and completing documentation including joining formalities.
Conduct campus drives and support HR in employee engagement activities (festival and Birthday celebrations, games, other occasional activities and seminars).
