The primary responsibility of this role is to continuously drive improvements in the quality of output in Cision’s Monitoring business to ensure a positive customer experience.

Flag any issues with SOPs and actively look for improvements to enhance the customer's experience of Cision’s service.

Working standard UK hours, which will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5 : 30pm GMT / BST excluding one-hour unpaid lunch break per day.
A lunch break of 1 hour should be taken between the hours of 12 : 00 to 14 : 00 GMT / BST.
