Digital Marketer - Bitfia Labs

Looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to plan, execute, monitor and optimize our online marketing efforts and social media presence.

You must be tech-savvy and intuitive and aware of all the platforms in Social space. You should have some knowledge of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain.

Responsibilities :

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

Oversee a social media strategy

Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

Manage and maintain Bitfia website

Write or organise and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter

Track and analyse traffic flow, downloads, user engagement and provide regular internal reports

Attain key performance indicators such as increasing the time spent on the App, reducing uninstall rate etc

Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

Fix any errors or bugs in online content

Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

Arrange webinars and webcasts

Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure Bitfia is not left behind

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

Develop and execute social media marketing strategy for creating brand awareness and generate organic as well as referral traffic.

We need social media presence and engagement on the below platforms. There may be addition to the list of channels if required in future.

Other skills :

Work on printed material to supplement online products

Attend product launches and networking events

Competitive Analysis

Manage Affiliate marketing

Manage Alliance and Partnerships

Deliverables :

1. Ad campaign strategy / plan :

a. Monitor the Ad campaign KPIs on hourly basis and manage the campaigns as per assigned budget

b. Look for scale-up opportunities hidden in data.

c. Maintain Change log.

d. Prepare CEO and CMO reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

2. SMM

a. Regular posting on the official social media channels by preparing a calendar.

b. Get content (blogs) created by freelancers / internally and post them on the official social media channels

c. Engage with blockchain / cryptocurrency communities on the social media platforms to create awareness for PINT wallet / P2P

d. Collect metrics, conduct analysis on the metrics to check effectiveness of the ad campaigns and social media marketing campaigns

e. Suggest changes to the strategy / plan if required

f. Maintain Change log.

g. Prepare CEO and CMO reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

3. SEO strategy / plan

a. Prepare app store and website SEO plan and execute.

b. Maintain Change log.

c. Prepare CEO and CMO reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Key Skills :

Editing and writing skills : You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job

Speaking skills : You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is.

Also need to speak in different forums like Meetups or conference about the company and products.

Video editing skills : Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well

Web development skills : You are not a software developer, but you will need knowledge of HTML / JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills

Project management skills : You need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to graduate in management.

Digital marketing courses and certifications would be considered favorably.
