Accountable for Access Management Operations Processes such as Joiner / Leavers / Transfers
Complying to the Role Based Access Control approach Operational Security Support for Fidelity International Systems and 3rd party Application Access Control System Handle Service Requests in the queue as per laid down Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibility for maintaining, granting and removing access to various platforms / applications.
Working with business departments, data owners, and others to ensure that Business Roles / Functional Roles are maintained that meet the business requirements
Adherence to strict security procedures and Fidelity Information security policies and standards
Continuously improve customer satisfaction and coverage
Ensure access are provisioned based on users65533 jobrole in the organisation Ensuring standard approach across all Business Roles and minimising any anomalies
Automation and Improvement to enhance the operational efficiency in work processes
Perform analysis remediation activities to ensure security compliance
Communicate issues, solutions and status to senior management
Coordination with other Business Units for operational work
Support Audit and Compliance Activities
Ensure Access Appropriate to Role Review for each employee once in 365 days
Project Management Support Application on boarding, Automation and Integration Support Services for existing Applications
Submit data on time every month for preparation of Monthly Report to Management
Experience and Qualifications
5 7 years of IT work experience covering system, security and network administration.
B.E / MCA / B Tech Any Graduate or preferably with diploma in Computers preferably from reputed institute.MCSE, ITIL, Security , ISO 27001 will be an advantage
Solid knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management fundamentals technologiesExcellent experience in Identity Access Management tool
