Job Description :

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Works, as a Job Evaluation specialist, whereby you :

  • Deliver high quality job evaluation maintenance work
  • Manage internal job evaluation projects
  • Build relationships with your internal clients’ to build trust and demonstrate credibility
  • Develop deep expertise of a widely accepted method of Job Evaluation
  • Provide an efficient and high-quality service to your internal clients’
  • Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role :

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in area of rewards and job evaluations
  • Good understanding of a main Job Evaluation Methodology (e.g. Hay, WTW or Mercer Methodology)
  • Consulting experience, and an analytical mindset
  • Sound understanding of jobs and organizational structures
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically power point and excel
  • Master or Bachelor degree
