  • Production support of all ATM Enhanced Support Suite of applications Nectar, EPO and Proview
  • Knowledge of ATM Sparrow and Euronet suite of applications and agile methodology is an added plus.
  • Work closely with the business stakeholders.
  • Perform in depth technical BAU application support.
  • Perform application releases and changes into PROD / DR environments.
  • Technical enablement within the team such as AI.
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, of varying complexity adhering ITIL standards.
  • Put forward ideas to improve automation and / or efficiency, and own through to implementation.
  • Adhere to change control and fault reporting procedures.
  • Participate in the bank wide DR tests and FM PSS monthly DR failovers.
  • Work closely with UNIX / Database / Network / Infrastructure teams on stability improvement programs or general improvements to the environments.
  • Manage open risks and audit points through to closure.
  • Perform risk reviews of the environment and raise new risks where / when applicable.
  • Monitor batch processing, enhance batch processing and ensure batches meet SLA’s.
  • Manage escalations to development and the business.
  • Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on status and progress.
  • Manage / coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.
  • Highlight user training and education needs.
  • Application documentation. Qualifications & Skills At least 5-8 years of production application support experience within a retail domain
  • At least 5 years experience of working with any of ATM Switches , Nectar, EPO, Proview,
  • Methodology Skills Agile added Plus.
  • Strong team player and stake holder management.
  • Technically sound in any of the scripting language Java, C++, Python, Shell Scripting.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbally.
  • Self starter / motivator and ambitious.
