Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Management

MBA in Human Recourse PreferredLanguage : Excellent oral and written communication is essential.Technology : Knowledge about Job Portals, Social Media Recruitment Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System ( ATS ) Well versed with Microsoft OfficeTA executive will be responsible for the successful completion of Recruitment closures and ensure thatthe candidate gets onboarded smoothly.

Complete End-to-End responsibility and accountability of the given sourcing requirement till thecandidates onboarding. Analysing and understanding the JD &

Client to provide the right candidates. Promote the job on social media and job portals. Screen the candidates as per the requirements.

Conduct initial round of telephonic interview to the screened candidates. Coordinating and following up with the candidates on each level of interviews.

Maintaining relationships with the candidates to ensure staffing goals are met. Performing reference and background checks, if requested by the client(s).

Updating timely reports. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Should pocess strong sales, negotiation & convincing skills.

Analytical and ability to multitask. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Strong work ethics. Should be an excellent team player Willingness to build career in Recruitment area.

Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship.
