About the role :

A phenomenal opportunity to work with Advanced Hair Studio, the World’s Largest and most reputed company in Hair restoration industry as a marketing strategist to plan and execute innovative marketing strategy for the 10 Advanced Hair Studio’s branches in the Indian market.

This role requires a skilled and passionate marketing manager with a track-record of leading marketing vertical for a renowned brand.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be a highly motivated, dynamic marketer, able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others and take the lead in driving marketing initiatives for the company across Indian market.

Senior Marketing Manager must be data orientated, have creative flair and exceptional attention to detail. They will have solid experience in digital marketing and marketing technology and be accustomed to delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Specific Accountabilities

Brand Management

  • Manage the brand to ensure that the AHS brand identity, brand values and key benefits are communicated properly and contribute to fulfilling the AHS concept & brand objectives, in all digital and traditional channels across the markets
  • Using traditional and digital tools and channels to ensure awareness of AHS brand; position and preference of AHS Brand
  • Craft compelling content across marketing channels, including but not limited to website, case studies, pitch decks, ads, videos, emails, blog posts, PR, etc.
  • Manage the Content Calendar to ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, print media etc.)
  • Utilize all external channels to ensure top of mind awareness of the AHS brand.
  • Strategic Planning

  • Create and implement annual marketing strategy to achieve the brand objectives and position AHS as a premium and leading company in the industry
  • Contribute to creating the business calendar for the yearly activities
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the hair restoration and aesthetics industry (competitors, digital and marketing communication trends) in order to promote and develop AHS identity.
  • Plan and lead the execution of all marketing communication projects and campaigns, making sure they meet all internal and external deadlines
  • Lead the marketing communication team to create digital, external and PR Campaign yearly strategies
  • Lead the marketing team to prepare and implement the new AHS studios opening campaigns
  • Develop Customer Engagement approach / strategy and plan that covers mass communication across paid / owned / earned channels, digital / social engagement, personalized and one-to-one engagement solutions as well as media.
  • External Communications

  • Prepare, develop and execute yearly external communications plan for the 10 branches of Advanced Hair Studio in India
  • Work with all the business functions and lead the marketing team to ensure the successful planning and execution of communication and business calendar activities
  • Work in close collaboration with Business Development team for execution of roadshows, camps and associations with external vendors
  • Media management on macro and micro level to create a comprehensive media plans for all activities
  • Work with Marketing Head to ensure the synergy of all communication externally and internally
  • Lead the marketing team to keep the brand on trend and following best communication practices.
  • Digital and cross-channel

  • Work with digital and creative teams to develop a comprehensive digital strategy
  • Present innovative ideas and creative tactics to improve efficiencies for future marketing expansion or optimization
  • Ensure the brand full exposure on search engines, social media and in all different external digital touchpoints
  • Ensure that the AHS websites are always updated with global and local priorities
  • Work with the social media marketing specialist to ensure the best use of social media for brand engagement and loyalty
  • Measure, track and analyze the performance of display & paid social campaigns across channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
  • optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle

    Public Relations

  • Use PR to support all business calendar activities
  • Create and maintain long term relationships between the brand and journalists and bloggers in all markets
  • Create talk of the town activations to keep AHS at top of mind
  • Utilize PR channel to create word of mouth and earned media value
  • Create a yearly PR strategy to fulfill AHS’s brand objectives
  • Use PR to support all business calendar activities
  • Work with PR and external communications specialist to promote AHS brand values and vision
  • Budgeting & ROI

  • Prepare and control the annual marketing budget for all markets so all activities planned are carried out and goals are achieved
  • Measure the success of communications through analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and research studies
  • Prepare and control the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • MBA degree (preferably in Marketing)
  • Minimum 7 - 9 years of progressive experience in managing all aspects of Marketing function in a highly dynamic and customer driven industry
  • Track-record creating and executive innovative marketing campaigns in the Indian market
  • Ability to work at both the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) while addressing potential business challenges, diving deep and digging up insights
  • Exceptional communicator with rapport building skills
  • Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • An ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
