Job Summary :
As an Associate Director in RMS, you will be responsible for contributing to the strategy and ambition of a fast growing and highly penetrated service function within Enablement Services.
You will be required to lead or support RMS go to market initiatives (including making presentations and pitches to senior leadership) that will help us achieve our market penetration goals.
You will also be required to own and enable various initiatives related to our growth strategy, increase in penetration, integration with stakeholders and end sures, innovation, operational excellence, and people priorities.
This position will have significantly high visibility within GDS leadership and senior stakeholder forums with multiple opportunities to pursue new thoughts and ideas that will support growth and enablement of our business.
The role is primarily of an individual contributor, who can collaborate and build relationships with a wide and diverse group of stakeholders, influencers, and end users, including process leaders and SMEs from the core sub service functions withing GDS RMS Independence teams.
In this role, you will be expected to represent GDS Independence team and its competencies across multiple initiatives and occasions such as client events, townhalls, business review meetings, business campaigns or other events.
The position will be a core member of the RMS leadership team and will be required to establish key relationships with the Global / Region’s leadership team.
Person would be required to provide input and feedback to the RMS Executive core committee to help shape prospective growth opportunities across distinct regions.
Success in this role will be the effective deployment of GTM programs into the relevant market segments, meeting assigned targets (hours, client engagement teams supported, work-step based penetration, and overall integration) within regions and ease of making decisions using the correct data and experience.
Essential Function / s of the job
Be a trusted advisor for the sub service function leaders by bringing insights, leading practices, and creative thinking to support them in their business development efforts.
Develop, formulate, lead, and execute on the end to end go to market strategy for a large sized sub function in RMS, , GDS Independence, and by developing trusted business relationships with the stakeholder group.
Drive marketing and sponsorship programs and events across different regions / areas in conjunction with service line / subservice function leader
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and conduct assessment of service quality to continuously improve the client delivery experience
Represent GDS Independence team on multiple fronts and lead business review meetings with existing and prospective clients / stakeholder groups
Provide strong leadership and work closely with Sub-service function leaders to drive performance goals of delivering stakeholder value, quality, and operational efficiency
Provide input and feedback to the GDS RMS Executive committee to help shape prospective growth opportunities, by integrating fully with the process leaders with the large GDS Independence group
Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action
Meet the assigned revenue and business goals / targets each quarter and deliver business presentations on outlook, plan and strategy
Qualification and Competencies
Master’s degree (or equivalent level of study or experience)
12-15 years of total experience and 10+ years of business growth / development and communications experience in a global professional services firm or any captive units.
Big 4 experience (especially with their captives) will be a plus
Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets
Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders
Demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to establish and refine the strategies that drive brand as well as organizational performance and add value to the business
