Incorporated in 2016, it has seen a steady growth of its products as well as happy employees.

As the Assistant Manager Sales , you will be handling existing clients and generating new business.

What you will do : A. New Business Development

  • Initiating conversation with leads introduced by the Channel Partners / Management / Sr. Sales Manager.
  • Generating Leads from online / offline sources as relevant for the product
  • Introducing and convincing them about the product, seek opportunities to provide samples via a meeting / appointment
  • Visiting the suited no. of clients per day for sampling / commercial conversation
  • Getting Orders from the accounts
  • B. Account Management

  • Meeting / speaking with the existing accounts regularly to make sure they're happy with the product and consumption is ongoing
  • Launching campaigns into accounts via new products, new presentation / marketing collaterals - based on a calendar
  • Salary : INR 2,25,000 - 3,75,000 P.A.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    What you need to have :

  • Understands the process of Sales in HoReCa / Food Service Industry
  • Smart communicator - oral and written.
  • Strong process orientation
  • Ability to tell a good story when talking about the company to potential candidates
  • Prepared for the startup grind
  • MBA with 1-3 years of experience would be awesome.
  • Able to handle a CRM system / mobile app - update his data regularly into the system.
  • Not for candidates who have only done General Trade
  • This Role is Open to Strong Freshers.
  • PG - MBA / PGDM - Any Specialization
