Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications.

Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs.

Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

We do this through innovative implementations and captivating narratives which enable our sales teams to deliver best-in-class demonstrations for our complete suite of cloud applications.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Demo Applications Consultant to join our team and help build the demo experience for Oracle CX Solutions.

You have extensive hands-on experience in designing content, strategy and implementing software for modern Marketing solutions.

You can actively develop and use the latest marketing technologies including DMP, AI, DM, Responsys, Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot etc and other related technologies.

You also have a creative eye for user experience and pulse on transformative marketing solutions. You are eager to learn, experiment with new technologies and have a passion to create world class marketing solutions.

In addition you understand business strategies and translate those strategies to a project plan and roadmap. You are a collaborative individual that can manage multiple projects in parallel.

You have excellent written and verbal English skills and can clearly articulate your design and implementation so that Oracle sales can convey your designs to customers and get them excited about Oracle’s marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate will also understand the value of storytelling and be able to craft narratives that showcase the usability and power of Oracle’s cloud suite.

They will leverage existing business process script templates to generate and present outbound collateral for consumption within Oracle and to Oracle’s partners.

Technical Expertise

Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing and Data Management Platform.

Intermediate level knowledge of Data Analytics, WebServices and other integration methodologies

Intermediate level knowledge of incorporating artificial intelligence and click advertising technologies within Marketing solutions

Advanced knowledge and eye for producing visually pleasing modern marketing content

Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, etc.

Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite.

Education, Experience, and Professional Certifications

B.S. in Business / Marketing, Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Systems or related field

5+ years of relevant work experience working on hands on web design and implementation of Marketing platforms

CX certification like Oracle, Salesforce or Dynamics

Cloud certifications are preferable
