  • Responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets through hiring, mentoring, guiding, training and motivating team of Relationship Partners (bank role) to meet the organization requirements.
  • Responsible for new customer acquisition through pre defined channel (Corporate) within defined cost of acquisition.
  • Engages with customers / corporate to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers
  • Build synergy with Branch and Corporate bank teams for seamless execution of business plan.
  • Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
  • Timely execution of all sales activities by sales team with proper feedback updation on the Customer / Corporate list allocated to the team.
  • Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed and submitted properly and within specified TAT to Quality Desk.
  • Managing Sales Quality by ensuring defined benchmarks on First Time Not Right (FTNR), Gross Approval Rate (GAR), and Rejects & Sourcing Mix.
  • Ensure cross selling at the time of sale for high level of spend enablement.
  • Ensure team is Bundling saving accounts while acquiring external relationships for credit cards.
  • Keep up-to-date on products, policy and competition
  • Attend and participate in regular staff meetings

  • Comply with Bank’s policiesand processes.


  • Graduate / Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university / premium business schools
