Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

  • Managing end to end of HR Services, right from hire to retire
  • Managing employee inquiries via HR Direct tool / emails / Skype messages
  • Maintaining high level of service delivery with focus on timeliness, accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing offer letters / contracts / addendums for candidates identified by the Talent Acquisition team / Business managers
  • Receiving candidate acceptance and completing the hiring process in HR Systems
  • Registering the contract in the State Tool URSSAF (Social Security)
  • Managing employee data as part of Employee Lifecycle Services and the related paperwork
  • Maintaining trackers and reports
  • Benefits update in the system and liaison with the vendor for certain benefits
  • Preparing employee letters and documents : proof of employment, proof of benefits
  • Liaising with payroll team for audits on system interface from Workday to GV systems
  • Workday support and guidance to managers
  • Updating policies and documents posted in the France portal pages
  • Supporting in-country HR projects
  • Updating employee leaves in Workday and manage paperwork
  • Managing employee exits in Workday and manage paperwork
  • Partnering with the Country HR lead to manage the HR processes
  • Implementing process improvements in service delivery, with team guidance and instructions
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in French is must. A degree in French language and / or certificate level of not less than B2
  • Working experience in Workday or other HR Systems
  • Prior knowledge of HR Operations is an added advantage
  • Typically 5-8 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and / or human resources
  • Knowledge and Skills Required :

  • Process knowledge and expertise in back-office operations
  • General Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
  • Good communications skills in both English and French
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Developed ability to use HR productivity tools, systems and applications
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions
