  • To ensure that all branches in the region achieve targets for revenue and sub broker acquisition for Mutual Funds.
  • To promote cross selling to Sub Broker and add value to the High Net worth Sub Broker.
  • To ensure overall profitability of the region including the franchisees across all MF products.
  • To analyse and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets.
  • To constantly engage with franchisees to generate business.
  • To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs are met.
  • Manage attrition at branch levels.
  • To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel.
  • To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level.
